Jeremy Ciepluch is a 6x World Championship Select Decoy, Senior Decoy, and 10x Regional Select Decoy in PSA. He credits his early mentorship to Dave Van Garderen and Jacob Plascencia, the leadership of Josh Kirby and Sean Siggins, and the unwavering support of his wife, Megan Ciepluch.

Matt would like to thank his mentors—Jeff Riccio, Shawn Edwards, Adrian Harwood, and Sean Siggins—for their guidance and support throughout his career. He is also grateful to his club mates at Tampa Bay PSA for their continued encouragement, and to his wife, Sam, whose love and support mean everything to him. Matt would also like to thank Tarheel Canine for helping him develop and refine his skills. With the support of these incredible people, he has achieved 6 World Championships and 7 Regional Select titles, and he looks forward to continuing his growth in the sport.

Shaun Thankachen’s journey began in the K9 world at age 10, when he caught his first dog. Representing Canada out of Ultimate K9 Bodyguards. He is a 3x World Select Decoy, 3x Regional Select Decoy, and the first Canadian PSA3 title holder in the sport. He is also a former World Champion Kickboxer.
He is honored to have led as a Senior Decoy at PSA trials in Vietnam, India & South Africa —an experience he calls one of his proudest. He is grateful for the opportunity to share his passion/ knowledge to help decoys and the sport grow internationally.
He attributes his success to the guidance of some of the best mentors in the industry. These individuals include Stan Thankachen, Kelly Readman, Tony Pallotta, Jeff Riccio, Jonathan Katz, Mike Anderson and Sean Siggins.  He will forever be eternally grateful.

Austin Avery began his decoy journey in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the work. In 2022, he became a certified PSA decoy under the invaluable mentorship of Joshua Knowlton, Steve Roberts, Stefan Herceg, and the entire Nomad Working Dogs team. Since then, he has earned the honor of being a 2x Regional and World Select Decoy in PSA.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering love and support of his wife, Haley Avery, who has stood by his side every step of the way.

Matt found his passion for PSA decoying three and a half years ago when he was looking for a physical outlet, and it’s been full throttle ever since. His ambition has always been to become the first UK decoy to work a world event and, eventually, the first UK resident to earn Senior decoy status. Along the way, he has earned the honor of being selected twice as a Regional Select Decoy and made history as the first ever international to work a Regionals in America. More than anything, Matt hopes his selection helps grow PSA across the UK and Europe, making it the worldwide sport it deserves to be. When he’s not getting hit by dogs, you’ll find him lifting weights and preparing to bring some good old British humor to the world PSA stage. He is beyond thankful for this opportunity and can’t wait to see what the future brings!

Phillip Schumacher began his decoy career in 2020 shortly after discovering PSA. In 2023, he earned his PSA decoy certification and was selected as a West Coast Regional decoy later that same year. After recovering from an injury, Phillip made his return to the trial field and was honored to be chosen as both a West Coast Regional decoy and a Canadian Regional decoy for 2025. This year marks his first appearance as a decoy at a World Championship, and he is grateful for the opportunity to share the field with such a talented group of handlers and dogs.

Dylan Jobson is a two-time Regional Select decoy and is the Co-Director of Blackwater PSA. He is the owner of Rogue Arsenal, a leading provider of training equipment contracting with over 180 law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Dylan would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to his entire Blackwater PSA family for always pushing him to be better and for standing beside him every step of the way.
